The parent company of Shepherd Widnes, The Shepherd Chemical Company, was founded in Norwood, Ohio, in 1916. Now a fourth-generation company, we are a leading supplier of Inorganic Metal Salts and Organic Based Metal Chemicals to the global marketplace. Shepherd Chemical operates four plant sites in North America and Europe. Our two hundred-plus employees provide our customers around the world with Chemicals for Catalysts, Ceramics, Batteries, Plastics, Pigments, Petrochemicals, Polymers, Paint, Ink, Electronics and Tires.
